Icing Colors:
PL-Lemon Yellow – Ruffles (also to make lime green)
PL-5601 Leaf Green (to make lime green) Ruffles
PL-5605 Purple – Ruffles
PL-5610 Sky Blue – Ruffles, dots
PL-5616 Super Red – Dots, ruffles
Instructions:
1. Using #6, pipe ruffle pattern on cupcakes.
2. Do this on all cupcakes.
3. Layer the colors as you like.
4. Place the small cupcake on the jumbo.
5. Pipe dots.
6. Place HB-23.
