Using #6, pipe ruffle pattern on cupcakes. 2. Do this on all cupcakes. 3. Layer the colors as you like. 4. Place the small cupcake on the jumbo. 5. Pipe dots. 6. Place HB-23. Supplies Needed:

Instructions:
